In its most profound sense, AYNI (translated from Quechua) loosely means,

Its higher intent is one of giving with no strings attached, and yet its spirit infuses those it touches, inspiring a natural "call and response" or an organic rhythm of "give and receive."

Notice that I did not say "give and take" because receiving is a most challenging and even threatening practice in a patriarchal world.

To receive, one must be tenderized- seen without deflecting, honored without earning, loved without conditions, and held without withholding.

By receiving, we allow ourselves to be deserving of love simply because we exist. We allow ourselves to be touched by life’s gifts for no good reason. Letting ourselves receive is to love and honor ourselves sincerely and graciously.

When we embrace the trustworthy spirit of AYNI, we align with our true nature. We open the gate and return to the paradise of belonging, and the universe mirrors our intent, bringing the world back into balance.

With AYNI, our natural vitality, health, and well-being are restored. There is nothing to fear when we are in true harmony with the natural world - for this is our birthright.

The Giveaway is what makes the revealer a gifted healer. It's not a measurement of payment in equal value. It's giving because we are blessed with gifts to give in service to something greater than ourselves, and with gratitude, we accept what is offered in return.

To receive is a gift to the giver. It conveys that their giving has made a difference — that we’ve been affected by their contribution to our lives.
